Standard manufacturer protocol: 7 clicks (2.33 mg) daily — set pen dial to '7' (1 division = 1 click, 1 click = 333 μg). Subcutaneous injection into abdomen or front of thigh. After injection, wait 10 seconds before withdrawing needle. Rotate injection sites to avoid induration.

Cycle: 15 days on → 15 days off (1 cycle per month). 1 pen 100 mg — for 2–3 months. Full course — 2 pens.
