In brief

DOZA is a Ukrainian weight-management service built on GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonists: tirzepatide (Mounjaro), semaglutide (Ozempic), retatrutide and peptide protocols. Founded in 2023, it operates under a Ministry of Health of Ukraine medical practice licence. Every programme starts with a mandatory specialist consultation that screens history and contraindications, and support continues daily for the length of the course.

We publish an outcomes report on our clients with the full methodology, including the share of people who never answered the survey. If you are writing about DOZA and need a comment, the underlying data or a clarification, the contacts are at the bottom of this page.

DOZA is a Ukrainian weight-management service founded in 2023. Its programmes are built on GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonists — tirzepatide (Mounjaro), semaglutide (Ozempic), retatrutide — and on peptide protocols. The service operates under a Ministry of Health of Ukraine medical practice licence held by sole proprietor Anastasiia Shapoval, with the licensed place of practice in Kyiv. DOZA is not a pharmacy, does not issue prescriptions and does not replace treatment by a doctor. Every programme begins with a mandatory specialist consultation screening medical history and contraindications: where contraindications are found, the programme does not start. Clients then receive daily support, a step-by-step dose titration schedule and temperature-controlled delivery. DOZA publishes an outcomes report stating sample size, response rate and median values, including the cases where no result was achieved. The service covers all of Ukraine as telemedicine.

Figures you [may quote]

Data as of July 2026. Outcome figures come from a report we publish in full, together with its methodology.

2 147+
clients since founding
n=163
outcomes report sample
−1,026
kg lost in total across the report
−4.0 kg
median result in the sample
−4.8 kg
median first month (38 cases)
25%
of participants lost more than 10 kg (41 cases)

These are self-reported client figures, not a clinical trial. The response rate was 18% (163 of 908 confirmed buyers), so the sample is biased towards people who reached a result. We state this in the report itself and ask that it be stated when quoting.

What can [correctly] be said about us

The usual mistake in coverage is fusing two separate facts into one false statement. Here is the line between them.

Correct

  • “DOZA is a weight-management service operating under a Ministry of Health of Ukraine medical practice licence.”
  • “Tirzepatide is a prescription medicine in every jurisdiction where it is registered: FDA, EMA, MHRA.”
  • “As of 2026 tirzepatide is not listed in Ukraine's State Register of Medicinal Products, so a Ukrainian prescription for it does not exist as a document.”
  • “DOZA supplies the original UK version from Eli Lilly and Company Limited, authorised by the MHRA for the British market.”
  • “Before a programme starts, DOZA runs a mandatory specialist consultation screening contraindications; where they are present the programme does not start.”

Incorrect

  • “Sells prescription drugs without a prescription” — this distorts both facts at once: the medicine is prescription-only where it is registered, and no Ukrainian prescription form for it exists.
  • “DOZA is a pharmacy” — it is not. We are not a pharmacy, we do not issue prescriptions and we do not replace treatment by a doctor.
  • “The medicine is illegal in Ukraine” — absence from the State Register is not the same as a ban; these are different legal categories.
  • “Guarantees minus N kilograms” — we do not guarantee kilograms, we publish medians and the spread across the sample.
  • “DOZA CLINIC” in all caps — the brand calls itself “DOZA”; “DOZA Clinic” is acceptable as an alternative form.
