From base to every metric
Different report blocks rely on different denominators. Here is how the sample narrows from all clients to those who reported specific data.

Dialogues in the support archive: 1272; Clients with a confirmed order: 908; Reported a numeric weight result: 163; Sent body measurements (cm): 35; Specified side-effect duration: 16
Each block of the report relies on its own denominator. For example, β1β4 daysβ is n=16, not all 163 clients; the % of body weight is n=33. So the headline figures and the narrower metrics should not be conflated.

Percentages are of the 163 dialogues with results: 58% explicitly reported feeling well, 33% mentioned at least one adverse symptom, and the remaining ~9% did not give a clear wellbeing assessment. Side effects were mostly mild nausea, less often stomach heaviness and fatigue. Only 16 clients specified duration β all reported 1β4 days after the injection, after which symptoms resolved; there is no case lasting over a week in the conversations. The manager tracked wellbeing weekly.

33%
lost β₯10% of body weight
For 33 clients whose starting weight is known from the conversation, the median result is 5.1% of body weight (mean 8.1%, range 1.1β31.2%). A percentage is more meaningful than absolute kilograms: β5 kg for a 65 kg vs a 140 kg person are very different results. Figures are self-reported and interim: for many clients the program is still ongoing.
Weight loss pace
109 cases where the observation period is known from the conversation. The picture matches clinical GLP-1 program data: a fast start in the first month (β4β¦β6 kg), then a steady pace of 1β2 kg per month.
| Observation period | Cases | Average loss | Median |
|---|---|---|---|
| ~1 month | 45 | β5.8 kg | β4.0 kg |
| 1.5β3 months | 31 | β6.2 kg | β5.0 kg |
| 3β6 months | 20 | β8.2 kg | β4.0 kg |
The ββ4.8 kg first monthβ figure is the median for results reported at weeks 3β6 only (n=38). The β~1 monthβ row in the table uses a broader group of roughly monthly observations (n=45), so the samples and medians differ. Results are cumulative as of the clientβs latest report, not final. Cases with a 6+ month period (n=13) are not included in the table: most are interim reports after breaks in the program and understate the real picture.
Our data vs a clinical trial
For context, we compare the nature of DOZA data with the randomized SURMOUNT-1 trial (tirzepatide). These are different data types β they are not directly comparable.
| SURMOUNT-1 (clinical trial) | DOZA report (real-world) | |
|---|---|---|
| Data type | Randomized controlled trial (RCT) | Self-reported client data |
| Participants | N = 2,539 | N = 163 |
| Duration | 72 weeks, fixed | Real-world, varying (3 weeks β 12 months) |
| Measurements | Standardized, in-clinic | As stated by clients, unverified |
| Outcome | Up to β20.9% of body weight (tirzepatide 15 mg) | Median β5.1% of body weight (n=33, interim) |
These are different data types β they are not directly comparable. An RCT measures drug efficacy under controlled conditions over a fixed period; our report shows real interim results of support-program clients. SURMOUNT-1 source: Jastreboff et al., NEJM 2022.
Which products achieved the results
Mounjaro: 141 cases; Ozempic: 14 cases; Retatrutide: 13 cases; Biopatid: 10 cases; Other: 2 cases
Number of cases mentioning a product in the dialogue. Some clients combined or switched between products, so the sum exceeds 163. The total β1,026 kg reflects DOZA support-program clients overall, not the efficacy of any single product. Source: DOZA Telegram dialogues, August 2025 β July 2026.

Methodology
The full DOZA support conversation archive was analyzed: 1,272 dialogues, 67,918 text messages between 22.08.2025 and 15.07.2026. Of these, 908 dialogues were clients with confirmed orders. Client messages stating a numeric result ("lost N kg", "minus N", "from X to Y kg", cm measurements) were extracted automatically. Excluded: goal statements, results achieved before joining DOZA, questions, and messages about third parties. A clientβs result is defined as the maximum weight loss they confirmed as of their latest report. Duplicates were removed. All data was anonymized: names, usernames and contacts were not used.
