Start with a free consultation: a DOZA specialist takes your history, screens for contraindications and only then sets a starting dose — usually 2.5 mg per week for the first four weeks. The program costs from UAH 8,000 per month and already includes original Eli Lilly tirzepatide, 24/7 specialist support on Telegram and delivery across Ukraine in a 2–8 °C thermobox. Lab tests are not required for everyone; they are ordered if you have a chronic condition or specific complaints. If a contraindication is found, we do not start the program. Two different sources give a realistic expectation, and they should not be conflated. In the SURMOUNT-1 trial, participants on 15 mg lost up to 22.5% of body weight — but over 72 weeks, roughly a year and a half of gradual dose escalation. DOZA's own data are more modest and closer to what a start looks like: in the August 2025 — July 2026 report (n=163) the first-month median was −4.8 kg, the median at last report was −4.0 kg, and one client in four lost more than 10 kg. Results are individual and depend on starting weight, dose and diet. Full methodology and limitations are in the outcomes report.

Mounjaro acts on two receptors, GLP-1 and GIP, whereas Ozempic (semaglutide) acts on GLP-1 only. That shows in efficacy: in SURMOUNT-1 tirzepatide 15 mg produced −22.5% of body weight over 72 weeks, while in STEP-1 semaglutide 2.4 mg produced −14.9% over 68 weeks. There are few head-to-head comparisons under identical conditions, so figures from separate trials are not strictly equivalent. One injection a week, subcutaneously, with a KwikPen — the injection itself takes a few seconds. You choose the day of the week and then keep to it: tirzepatide levels hold for about a week, so regularity matters more than the specific day. You can shift the day if needed, as long as at least 72 hours have passed since the last injection. Rotate injection sites between the abdomen, thigh and back of the upper arm. If you miss a dose, take it within 4 days; if longer has passed, skip it and return to your schedule.

Yes, and it is predictable. In the first days after an injection you may feel mild nausea, less often diarrhoea or constipation, as the body adjusts to slower gastric emptying. In DOZA's report these effects lasted 1–4 days, with no case longer than a week among those who reported duration. Easing that adjustment is exactly why the first four weeks stay at the minimum 2.5 mg and the dose rises no more often than every four weeks. Smaller portions, less fatty food and enough water help. If nausea is severe or lasts more than a week, message your specialist — the dose can stay where it is for longer.

The program does not require strict dieting — Mounjaro lowers appetite and most people start eating less without effort. But WHAT you eat affects both how you feel and the quality of the result. Your specialist gives simple guidance: enough protein (so you lose fat rather than muscle), less fatty and fried food in the first days after an injection (less nausea), and enough water and fibre to prevent constipation. Alcohol is best limited. These habits are what holds the result after the program ends — without them the weight returns.

The difference is not the product but what comes with it. Mounjaro is not listed in Ukraine's State Register of Medicines, so no pharmacy can dispense it on a Ukrainian prescription, and on the private market there is no way to verify a pen's origin or whether the cold chain held in transit. The DOZA program includes original Eli Lilly tirzepatide, a mandatory consultation screening for contraindications, delivery in a 2–8 °C thermobox and 24/7 specialist support — dose selection, response to side effects and an exit plan. DOZA operates under a Ukrainian Ministry of Health licence for medical practice (order No. 489 of 10 April 2026, item 38).

We deliver across Ukraine in 1–2 days with an unbroken cold chain. The product travels in a thermobox with cooling elements that hold 2–8 °C for the whole trip; in winter tests at −15 °C outside, the contents did not freeze for 10–12 hours. Put the pens in the fridge at 2–8 °C as soon as they arrive — not in the freezer and not in the door shelf. An in-use pen can be kept for up to 30 days at temperatures up to 30 °C. If the thermobox arrives damaged or the cooling elements have fully melted, do not use the product: message your specialist and we will investigate and replace it.

What actually holds a result is the habits built during the program: a protein-adequate eating pattern, regular activity and weight tracking. That is why a DOZA specialist plans the exit early rather than in the final week — the dose is tapered over 3–6 months instead of stopping abruptly. To be straightforward: clinical research on GLP-1 therapy shows that part of the lost weight returns after discontinuation if eating behaviour has not changed. We do not publish maintenance statistics for clients who have finished the program; once the sample is large enough it will go into the outcomes report.

Tirzepatide is approved by the FDA (2022) and the EMA (2023), and its safety was studied in the SURMOUNT and SURPASS programs across tens of thousands of participants. The most common side effects are gastrointestinal: nausea, diarrhoea, constipation. They usually appear in the first days after an injection and pass within 1–4 days; in DOZA's report there was no case lasting longer than a week among those who reported duration. The product is not for everyone, though. Contraindications: personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, MEN-2 syndrome, a history of pancreatitis, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and age under 18. That is why the consultation before starting is mandatory: if a contraindication is found, we do not start the program.

Not everyone does. If you are generally healthy, have no chronic conditions and nothing is troubling you, tests are not required before starting. The specialist takes your history at the consultation and decides case by case: with diabetes or thyroid, pancreatic, kidney or liver conditions they will ask for the relevant workup — usually fasting glucose or HbA1c, TSH, lipase and amylase, and a biochemistry panel. This is not paperwork: those markers are what reveal contraindications, and the same values inform whether the dose should be raised. If a contraindication is found, we do not start the program.

A course runs as long as it takes to reach your goal — usually from three months. The schedule is standard: four weeks on the 2.5 mg starting dose, then increases no more often than every four weeks and only if tolerance is good. Rapid weight loss is not the aim: in DOZA's report the first-month median was −4.8 kg, roughly a kilogram a week at the start, and the pace typically slows after that. This schedule is not caution for its own sake — slow escalation is what reduces nausea, and gradual weight loss preserves muscle mass better.

Best to limit it. There is no outright ban, but alcohol works against the program on three fronts: it adds empty calories, it raises the risk of irritating the pancreas — and pancreatitis is already on the contraindication list — and it worsens nausea in the first days after an injection, when the stomach empties more slowly. Hypoglycaemia is worth knowing about separately: alcohol lowers blood sugar, and the risk grows if you also take diabetes medication. If you do plan to drink, avoid the injection day, keep the amount small and never drink on an empty stomach.

The dose in the programme is set by a DOZA specialist after screening — not by a sales manager and not by the client. That specialist is not an endocrinologist and is not a substitute for an in-person visit. Per the Eli Lilly label, everyone starts at 2.5 mg once weekly for the first 4 weeks: this is an adaptation dose and is not intended to produce weight loss. The dose then increases by 2.5 mg no more often than every 4 weeks — 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 and a maximum of 15 mg. A specialist decides each step based on tolerability: if nausea or other side effects are pronounced, the increase is postponed or the current dose is held for as long as needed. Escalating on your own raises the risk of side effects without improving the outcome.

Tirzepatide is contraindicated in people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma and in multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), as well as in hypersensitivity to the active substance. It is not used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Particular caution applies to a history of pancreatitis, severe gastrointestinal disease, diabetic retinopathy and severe renal impairment. This is not an exhaustive list: a specialist decides after screening whether the programme can start. If a medical work-up is needed we refer to an endocrinologist or gastroenterologist for an in-person visit and do not sell the product. If a contraindication is found during the consultation, the programme does not start — and that is not something to work around.

Stop using the medicine and seek medical help immediately if you develop: severe persistent abdominal pain radiating to the back (a possible sign of pancreatitis); vomiting that will not stop, with signs of dehydration; jaundice or sharp pain under the right ribs (gallbladder); swelling of the face, lips or throat, difficulty breathing, widespread rash (allergic reaction); a sudden deterioration in vision; symptoms of hypoglycaemia if you are also taking insulin or a sulfonylurea. In an emergency call the ambulance service rather than waiting for a scheduled consultation.

The KwikPen is stored in a refrigerator at 2–8 °C and must not be frozen: a pen that has been frozen cannot be used even after thawing. If needed, the pen can be kept at room temperature up to 30 °C for no more than 21 days in total — that allowance does not reset when the pen goes back into the fridge. Keep the pen away from direct light and never leave it in a parked car. DOZA ships in a thermal box with cold packs, holding the temperature for the whole journey. When travelling, carry the pen in hand luggage in a cooling sleeve rather than in checked baggage, where temperature is not controlled.

This is a retrospective analysis of client data, not a randomised clinical trial. The report covers 163 clients between 22 Aug 2025 and 15 Jul 2026: a median weight change of −4.0 kg, with one in four losing more than 10 kg. We state the limitations plainly: the data is self-reported, there is no control group, and some clients never returned for a second weigh-in, so the sample is biased toward those who stayed in touch. DOZA does not publish a post-programme weight maintenance figure — there is not yet a large enough follow-up sample. The collection methodology is published at /research/methodology.

A pharmacy sells a box of Mounjaro without DOZA support. DOZA is not a pharmacy: two formats, specialist support already in the price of both. A KwikPen from UAH 17,000 (2.5 mg) includes original Eli Lilly UK and support. The per-dose programme from UAH 2,500 (starting 2.5 mg) includes the product and support — you pay for milligrams used. Screening happens before any sale: a standard case enters the programme and a specialist sets the Lilly schedule. If a medical work-up is needed we refer to an in-person endocrinologist or gastroenterologist and do not sell the product. DOZA does not replace an endocrinologist.

An in-person endocrinologist is needed if the case is medical — then we do not sell the product, we refer. For appetite control with no red flags the programme starts after a DOZA specialist screening: that specialist is not an endocrinologist and is not a substitute for an in-person visit. If the consultation shows a medical work-up is needed (thyroid, diabetes, GI), we recommend an endocrinologist, gastroenterologist or an offline clinic. No Ukrainian prescription for tirzepatide exists — it is not in the State Register. So “see an endocrinologist, then buy at a pharmacy” is an incomplete answer for this product in Ukraine.
