Standard manufacturer protocol: 16–20 clicks (400–500 mcg) daily in 1 administration (1 click = 25 mcg). Set pen dial to "16" or "20" (1 division = 1 click). Subcutaneous injection into abdomen or front of thigh. After injection, wait 10 seconds before removing needle. Rotate injection sites to avoid induration.

For localized injuries: inject subcutaneously closer to the damage zone (when possible). This enhances regenerative effect on the specific area.

1 pen 5 mg (200 clicks) — for 12–13 days at standard dosing. Starter course 2 pens (~3–4 weeks). Full manufacturer course — 1–3 months. Break between courses 2–4 weeks.

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide composed of 15 amino acids, a fragment of a protective protein isolated from gastric juice.
