Ipamorelin is a synthetic peptide, selective agonist of ghrelin/GHSR receptors (Growth Hormone Secretagogue Receptor). It belongs to the GHRP group (Growth Hormone-Releasing Peptides), but is the most "pure" representative: unlike GHRP-2 and GHRP-6, Ipamorelin stimulates exclusively growth hormone release, without significant impact on cortisol, prolactin, or appetite.
