Standard manufacturer protocol: 6 clicks morning + 6 clicks evening (total 12 clicks = 300 mcg/day, 1 click = 25 mcg). Set pen programmer to "6" (1 division = 1 click).

CJC-1295 (No DAC), also known as Mod GRF 1-29 — a synthetic 29-amino acid peptide, analog of natural GHRH (Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone). Stimulates the pituitary to naturally release growth hormone (GH) in a pulsatile manner — unlike exogenous GH, which suppresses endogenous production.

Important: there are two variants of CJC-1295 — with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex, half-life 6–8 days, injections 2 times/week) and without DAC (half-life ~30 minutes, injections 2 times/day). Pen Peptide supplies the No DAC variant — this allows more controlled and natural mimicking of physiological GH pulsation without plasma accumulation.
