clicks = dose ÷ pen strength × 60

A full KwikPen dial turn is 60 clicks and equals the full pen strength. To measure a smaller dose, you proportionally count a fraction of the 60 clicks. Example: on a 5 mg pen, a 2.5 mg dose = 2.5 ÷ 5 × 60 = 30 clicks. These clicks are sometimes called dial notches or graduations.
