Tirzepatide is the first dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist: one molecule reduces appetite, slows gastric emptying and improves insulin sensitivity at the same time. In SURMOUNT-1 (NEJM 2022), participants on 15 mg lost an average of −22.5% of body weight over 72 weeks.
It is injected subcutaneously once a week, starting at 2.5 mg with gradual titration. Tirzepatide has no local registration in Ukraine, so it is available only through services importing the original product.

A Russian tirzepatide analog: registered only in Russia (marketing authorization ЛП-№(008551), 23 Jan 2025), with no published RCTs of its own. Not registered in Ukraine, and the circulation of Russian-made medicines is banned in Ukraine — there is no legal way to buy Tirzetta in Ukraine.

Incepta Pharmaceuticals, Dhaka (Bangladesh)
Form: subcutaneous injection (pre-filled syringe)
Dosage: 2.5 / 5 / 7.5 mg
A tirzepatide generic made by Incepta Pharmaceuticals (Dhaka, Bangladesh). Available only in 2.5, 5, and 7.5 mg doses — the target 10–15 mg doses (at which SURMOUNT-1 achieved −22.5% weight loss) cannot be reached. Not registered by any regulator: even in Bangladesh itself, the DGDA has not issued final marketing authorization (the Drug Control Committee has not convened for nearly 2 years). The WTO patent waiver for least-developed countries that sellers cite expires in November 2026 — after Bangladesh graduates from LDC status, production without an Eli Lilly license will become illegal. The delivery route from Dhaka to Ukraine is opaque: how a product requiring 2–8°C storage crosses multiple borders to reach Nova Poshta is unknown. TIRZEMA has no published clinical trials of its own. Reuters (2024) documented seizures of similar Incepta copies by customs in the UK, Switzerland, and Ireland.

🛡️ How to choose tirzepatide safely: 5 rules
- Verify the origin: an original Mounjaro pen carries an Eli Lilly serial number that can be verified. Analogs without documents are a lottery.
- Cold chain is mandatory: per the Eli Lilly label, original Mounjaro is stored at 2–8°C (up to 21 days below 30°C is allowed). Ask how exactly the product is delivered.
- For original Mounjaro the starting dose is 2.5 mg with gradual titration per the manufacturer’s schedule. A sharp dose jump raises the risk of nausea and other side effects.
- Never buy “tirzepatide tablets”: no FDA/EMA-approved tablet form of tirzepatide exists — such products are not approved forms of Mounjaro or Zepbound.
- Beware of unregistered imports: TIRZEMA, Tirzetta, and similar products are not registered in Ukraine — their route from factory to you is untraceable and storage compliance cannot be verified. If a seller cannot show documents for a specific batch, that’s a red flag.
