AC-Selank (Selank)

Pen Peptide manufacturer protocol: 5–10 clicks (250–500 μg) × 1 time per day, preferably evening or night.

Start: 5 clicks (250 μg) first 3–5 days. If insufficient response — increase to 10 clicks (500 μg).

Set pen programmer to 5 or 10 clicks. Inject subcutaneously into abdomen or front thigh, rotate sites. Short needle (4–6 mm), insert at 90°. After injection — wait 10 seconds before withdrawal.

Alternatively — intranasal: 1–2 drops AC-Selank in each nostril instead of injection (more convenient format, no needle). However, Pen Peptide produces exclusively injectable format — separate solution needed for intranasal use.

Course duration: 20–30 days. 1 pen 10mg covers course at 5 clicks/day — 40 days, at 10 clicks — 20 days.

Break between courses 1–2 weeks. Courses can be repeated safely — no addiction forms.

AC-Selank-NH2 — an advanced acetylated and amidated form of the Selank peptide, developed by the Institute of Molecular Genetics RAS. Selank is a synthetic analog of the tetrapeptide Tuftsin (a natural immunomodulator). The AC- (acetyl group) and -NH2 (amide) modifications significantly increase molecular stability, bioavailability, and ability to cross the blood-brain barrier.

AC-Selank-NH2 acts simultaneously as an anxiolytic (reduces anxiety) and nootropic (improves cognitive functions) — without the side effects of benzodiazepines and without forming dependence. It modulates the balance of serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, and GABA receptor activity, increases BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) levels, and stabilizes enkephalins — natural mood-regulating neuropeptides.

Pen Peptide produces AC-Selank in pre-mixed pen format 10mg (200 clicks × 50 μg), purity ≥98%, GMP standard + stabilized MSSPT formula. AC-Selank-NH2 — modified analog of Selank (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro), synthetic derivative of natural immunomodulator Tuftsin.
