TB-500 (ТБ-500)

Standard manufacturer protocol: 20–40 clicks (500–1000 mcg) subcutaneously 3 times per week (1 click = 25 mcg). Set pen programmer to "20" (starting dose) or "40" (intensive recovery).

Subcutaneous injection in abdomen or front thigh — preferably closer to injury or inflammation site. After injection wait 10 seconds before withdrawing needle. Rotate injection sites.

1 pen 5 mg (200 clicks) — for ~3 weeks at standard dosing. Full course 30–45 days = 2 pens. For acute injury — continuation up to 6–8 weeks. Break between courses 4–6 weeks.

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4, Thymosin β4) is a small peptide of 43 amino acids that is naturally synthesized in the human body. Best known for its powerful ability to accelerate tissue regeneration: muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, skin, and even nervous tissue. Actively studied in sports and rehabilitation medicine as one of the most potent recovery peptides.

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a natural 43-amino acid peptide with highest concentration in platelets (Goldstein et al.). Three key mechanisms: 1) actin sequestration — binds G-actin, allowing migration of progenitor cells to injury site for regeneration; 2) angiogenesis — stimulates formation of new capillaries in damaged tissue (Malinda et al., J Invest Dermatol 1999); 3) anti-fibrotic action — reduces scar tissue formation.
