Pen Peptide manufacturer protocol: 10–18 clicks (250–450 mcg) × once daily subcutaneously 30 min before sleep.

Start: 10 clicks (250 mcg) first 3–5 days. If insufficient response — increase to 14–18 clicks (350–450 mcg).
