clicks = dose ÷ mg per click (0.0134 or 0.0268)One FlexTouch dial click = 0.01 mL of solution. Red (0.25/0.5 mg) and blue (1 mg) pens hold ≈1.34 mg/mL, so 1 click ≈ 0.0134 mg: 0.25 mg = 18 clicks, 0.5 mg = 37, 1 mg = 74. The yellow 2 mg pen is double-concentrated (≈2.68 mg/mL): 1 mg = 37 clicks, 2 mg = 74. That is why Ozempic clicks cannot be calculated with the Mounjaro KwikPen formula.

- The yellow 2 mg pen is double-concentrated — click counts from the red or blue pen do not transfer to it.
