Retatrutide 40 mg by PEN PEPTIDE — triple agonist of GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors in a stabilized pen injector. Maximum volume in the PEN PEPTIDE lineup.
The 40 mg pen contains 200 units of 200 mcg each. Dosing table:
• 1 unit = 200 mcg
• 10 units = 2 mg
• 20 units = 4 mg
• 30 units = 6 mg
The maximum 40 mg volume allows completing a full course without frequent pen replacements. With a maintenance dose of 8 mg/week it lasts 5 weeks, with 6 mg — approximately 6.6 weeks.
