Retatrutide 40 mg

Retatrutide from Synedica Laboratories — triple agonist of GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors in a convenient injection pen. Made in Germany (Leipzig).

Each full dose (0.74 ml) contains 10 mg retatrutide (concentration 13 mg/ml). Total of 40 mg active substance in the pen — 4 full doses of 10 mg each. The pen allows dosing of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg or 10 mg.

Recommended dosing schedule (synedica.io):

• Weeks 1–4: 2.5 mg once weekly

• Weeks 5–8: 5 mg once weekly

• After 8 weeks: dose may be increased to 7.5 mg or 10 mg as needed

Do not increase weekly dose until hunger sensation returns. It is very important to maintain complete balanced nutrition daily. Average new user uses the kit for 12 weeks.

Retatrutide is the only triple agonist GLP-1 + GIP + glucagon. Acts on three receptors simultaneously:

1. GLP-1 — reduces appetite, slows gastric emptying, regulates glucose levels.

2. GIP — enhances GLP-1 effect and improves fat tissue metabolism.

3. Glucagon — activates lipolysis (fat breakdown) and thermogenesis (calorie burning).

In Phase 3 TRIUMPH-1 (topline 2026), participants on 12 mg lost an average of 28.3% body weight over 80 weeks (efficacy estimand) — the highest published result in the GLP-1 class. Phase 2 (NEJM 2023): up to 24% over 48 weeks.
